Aileen — BC360 Hotfix Marathon
Aileen shipped a substantial list of confirmed fixes across BC360: Share360 pipeline routing, lead deletion, lock-dashboard logout, contact info preservation on stage moves, Scale360 field additions, Legacy360 document display, a critical hotfix for blank leads after deploy, and Dawn AI improvements on both chat and voice (removed "thinking out loud," fixed repeating intro, updated ElevenLabs system prompt). This is real, named, verifiable output on a live client system. BC360 is healthier tonight than it was yesterday morning.
Gershom — DementiaHub and BC360 Workflow Exports Done
Gershom completed the workflow map exports for both BC360 and DementiaHub as assigned. Also started BC360 project documentation on GitHub and confirmed he will coordinate with Aileen on the DementiaHub technical audit per Nick's directive in the thread. Clean execution on assigned tasks.
Fritzie — Universe Onboarding Webhook End-to-End Test Passed
Fritzie ran a full provisioning test through the webhook pipeline: triggered from GHL, confirmed in Webhook Log (source: ghl, processed: yes, received 3:48:50 PM), new user provisioned with correct plan/vertical/GHL ID, welcome email received at 3:49 PM with login credentials and password change prompt. This is the first confirmed end-to-end onboarding test. Also built a complete WhatsApp Channel Setup HTML guide with 30 screenshots, 3 methods, accordion steps, and sidebar TOC. Blocked on WordPress lag for upload.
Kimberly — PropFunded Email Performance Report Shipped
Kim sent the first 3x/week email performance report (April 27 to May 3) to the PFA team on Telegram as mandated. Also confirmed all Sarfaraz email statuses. The reporting cadence is now initiated. Also completed Apexlynx proposal review and found the platform name leak, which is useful competitive intelligence work.
grumpyz — WiBiz Academy QA + Summit Ridge Realty
Filed a QA spreadsheet for WiBiz Academy and built/updated a chatbot and website for Summit Ridge Realty with a live preview link. Identity unresolved but output is real and linked.
