Refactored the Master Partner Portal checkout to use Stripe for data collection, removed Forge integration (preserved in git), connected the CRM inbound webhook, and configured a client creation notification workflow. Live URL posted: master-onboarding.wibiz.ai. This is a tangible, proof-backed deliverable that unblocks the Scale360 billing path. Shift ran 1PM to 11:05PM.

Aileen — SRI Build Takeover and Railway Deployment
Aileen deployed the WAIPA build to Railway (waipa-production.up.railway.app), propagating custom domain waipa.wibiz.ai, added Nick and others to GitHub and Railway. Fast response to Nick's thread directive. Nick subsequently identified the deployed repo was Aileen's fork (static MVP) rather than the production backend, which Aileen then pivoted to. Also delivered demo.wibiz.ai on branded subdomain and updated start.wibiz.ai design. Multiple deliverables across SRI, demo, and branding.

JC (slothfulkun) — Apexlynx Platform Fully Configured for QA
Posted the live site (apexlynx.wibiz.ai), confirmed all 6 email workflows are published and wired in Railway, and delivered a full QA guide covering login, booking flow, email notifications, edge cases, and all 6 portals. Demo credentials pre-seeded. This is a complete, testable build handoff.

Maxx — SRI CRM Configuration Work
Created WhatsApp templates, calendar booking (WAIPA Viewings), edited workflows, updated contact custom fields and opportunity fields. Links to live CRM locations provided. Worked an extended shift (3:42PM to 3:24AM). Webhook workflow integrations remain a blocker but progress is real and documented.

ADK — Actionable Showroom Video Feedback + Video Delivered
Gave specific, useful feedback on Nick's showroom video (zoom effect cropping, scroll speed, voiceover offer). Delivered a revised video by 8:25PM. Responded to a direct CEO request with substance, not filler.
