Confirm all pre-audit documents (ACRA, financial statement, AI subscription proof of payment) are in the shared Drive and verified before Monday morning.

Grants - Week 5 Without a Submission
Last week Nick flagged 7 grants pending and week 4 with no submission. No grant submission evidence this week either. MRA applications need EnterpriseSG pre-clearance before EDGE cutover. MDEC application still awaiting Nick's submit/hold decision. This is now week 5.

ADK filed an EOD with a Melbourne campaign Canva link and new WiBiz collaterals marked "In Progress." The weekly plan assigns ADK to ND collaterals and reels (authority campaign), WiBiz ad top-3 revision, Beeva campaign plan, AI Living video production, and 99YSG campaign plan oversight. The Melbourne asset was not on ADK's plan. The meeting log today does not reassign ADK to Melbourne. The Canva link is real output, but none of the five planned items have proof of progress.
Marinelle's EOD spans two separate entries with identical "After" blocks and conflicting time-in stamps
Marinelle (grumpyz) posted what appear to be two EODs: one with Time In 12:50 PM / Time Out 10:23 PM and another with Time In 2:35 PM / Time Out 10:35 PM. The "After" content is nearly identical - copy-paste duplication. The 12:50 PM time-in is unusual for a 7PM-11PM part-timer. Either Marinelle worked a full day (which would be notable and should be acknowledged) or the timestamps are inaccurate. This needs clarification.
Fuce Events "fix the flow today" directive from meeting - no evidence of any fix shipping
The 4:30 PM meeting explicitly said the team will review the client's feedback video, compare to benchmarks, and fix the flow today. Aileen is PIC with Jade and Neithan as support developers. None of their EODs or thread activity reference Fuce Events work today. The directive was clear and time-bound. It was not executed.

Jade's weekly plan items: AutoSales AI testing/QA, Apexlynx/Borderless QA support. Meeting log today says Jade will create a video tutorial for BCC/Apexlynx clients on self-service features. AutoSales AI QA, Apexlynx/Borderless QA, BCC video tutorial (meeting directive today) - all assigned, none evidenced. No EOD, no commits, no thread activity. Four D grades leading into today. This is no longer a bad week; it is a pattern that requires intervention.
MACY - FOUR CONSECUTIVE DAYS WITHOUT OUTPUT
CEM audit follow-up, CSA funding, Melbourne retest, cybersecurity tracking, 99YSG - all assigned. The CSA funding task she owned was completed by other people (Jeanzey/Selina). Macy had zero visible contribution to it. Displaced by village fire in May - if still affected, this needs to be surfaced and accommodated, not left as silent non-performance.
